Journey Asset Management wants to communicate with you in whatever format works best for you, often times this is via SMS (text) messaging. This policy outlines how we collect your information and what we do with it. This Policy was last updated on 5/23/2025.
Scope
This policy only applies to the text messaging between Journey Asset Management or is representatives and you before you become a client. Once you become a client a more detailed notice will be completed.
How We Collect Your Information
Direct - When you contact us verbally, by SMS, by phone or email we may obtain your name and phone number
Client - If and when you become a client we collect your information via our client agreement forms.
Type of Information
We collect your full name and phone number for communicating with you before you become a client. We may collect financial notes about your situation as we discuss your future needs and services. Once you become a client much more information will be collected under our Client Privacy Policy. We also collect the content of any SMS message used with clients or potential clients in accordance with SEC and FINRA regulations.
How We Use your Information
We use this to communicate with you in giving information about our services.
Who We Share Your Information With
Nobody, unless demanded or required by law enforcement. Phone numbers you collect and the consent you received will NEVER be shared with 3rd-party providers.
Opt-Out Choice
If you choose you can stop any messaging or contact with Journey Asset Management by sending us and SMS that states "STOP", "CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE". We will stop all forms of communication with you.
Information Security
Your data is stored in secure cloud servers operated by Zoom or Microsoft.
